Honestly, its better you consult a specialist to find out what's best for you. I really want to help but I don't think I can give better answers than specialist do. Sorry.

good luck

Love is omnipresence, Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

You are going to hear different prices depending on what the market is like in your area. I live in the central part of California where Lasik goes for 2500 per eye.

Cost will also depend on what type of equipment the doctor is using. If they have the latest and greatest equipment, the doctor will have to charge more due to the cost of the equipment.

Whatever you do, dont go with the bargain basement Lasik centers, because you will definately get what you pay for.

Actually the lower prices clinics usually have more experience which results in a better outcome. The worst place to go is to a doc that charges $5k an eye and has only done a few cases. But some of the "discount" centers are hurting because of the economy. So you go with a local clinic because they are more likely to stick around.
