New research shows that every Laser used for LASEK, LASIK, and PRK now have long term problems from the UV LIGHT causing cell mutation under the FLAP and further aging the eye, accelerating cataracts, while exponentially causing ECTASIA. Check out: FDA LASIK (youtube). Or. LASIKNEWSWIRE. Website. Or. LIFEAFTERLASIK. Truth be told, all of us were lied to by every LASIK doctor in America, who put their love for MONEY first and our HEALTH last. Sorry to tell you the truth……………..

The FLAP it is permanent. If you haven’t had any problems yet from LASIK, you will. Get your doctor to release your pre LASIK prescription. Because you elected LASIK, it will become very important that you get this because you just paid a LASIK doctor $3k-$5k to accelerate the aging process of your eye and you probably now will have cataract surgery sooner versus later. If you are 11 years post LASIK, had ZERO problems with BOTH eyes not regressing, you are one of the lucky ones!

Actually I know quite a bit. Youtube: FDA LASIK and listen to how after 3,5,10 years patients now are coming forth complaining about problems from LASIK that have no cure. Dry Eye pain, ability to not wear contacts or glasses, not getting crisp vision, glare/halos/starbursts, ability to not drive a car or hold a job because your vision is ruined. Now an estimated 600k-2m people ruined from LASIK with no cure. FDA knows this but only reported 142 Bad Patient outcomes. This is an epidemic.

You know nothing. My surgery was perfect and after 11 years my eyes are exactly the same, not a bit dryer. You guys need better doctors in US.

I just got it, the whole thing lasted 15 minutes for both eyes. I did not feel a thing during or after. In fact the only part that hurts is when they peel the sticky gauze from around your eyebrow and upper cheek. They put in a small clamp that you cant feel which hold your eye. Then they put so much deadening drops that you cant feel your eye anyway.

i know the procedure is painless, but I’M SO SCARED OF DOING IT! i have so many worries, like having to stay awake for all of this! and if i have to stay awake, how do i keep my eye open the whole time while they do this? i can barely win staring contests by keeping my eye open for 30 seconds, this is like 5 minutes!

LASIK is unpredictable and only lasts for a short term. The FDA is worried, very worried about LASIK and long term damages to the eye. So worried that they had an Emergency FDA Ophthalmic Meeting in DC on April 25th, 2008. If you would like to hear more, YouTube search: LASIK FDA. Then listen to the lawyers, doctors, patients telling how LASIK has ruined approximately 600,000 Americans and counting…Again, the Lying LASIK Quacks are crooks!!

That’s right. All of these people that just had LASIK and are a week or a year out, just wait until the 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10th year…every year your eyes feel like they’re dying and drying out and they are. I’m sorry to be the “bearer of bad news,” but get PISSED OFF at your LASIK doctor and staff for having lied to you about the long term damages, and having ruined your perfectly healthy eyes, all for money and greed!! Doubt this? check out: lasiknewswire (website). Youtube: LASIK FDA.

I too am a victim of LASIK. I too bought in to all of the lies telling me that it was painless, safe, proven, and had a 95% success rate. All lies. Every year my eyes get dryer and dryer and I’m wondering if my eye is dying from having had the nerves cut never to regrow since the LASIK FLAP was created. I never had dry eye or eye pain until I paid a LASIK Lying Quack Charlatan $5k to ruin my eyes and thus my life. Every LASIK surgery is a failure because it leaves you with permanent dry eye
