    I don’t think you can do anything other than get tested regularly, or use a certain herbal substance that our government hates.

    Get checked frequently, run (40 minutes to an hour daily), and take Ginkgo and fish oil. Getting treatment early can make a big difference. A majority of glaucoma patients never go blind and a lot of them mainitan very good vision all through life. Key is to catch it early.
