Rudy Project Technically Cool Eyewear, a local leader in Italian high end Prescription Sports Eyewear, is seeking one or more dynamic and passionate sales professionals to join our growing Inside Sales / Tele-Sales Team. Your primary objective is to contact customers in an assigned territory and grow their sales, while also developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be required to manage your territory using Sales Force.com.

The successful candidate will be professional in person and over the phone, and will interact well with customers and other team members. Must be able to thoroughly learn and master product line and services quickly in order to answer technical questions. Must be PC proficient, enjoy multitasking, and excel at listening, communicating, and problem solving. A minimum of 2 -4 years optical industry experience, particularly as an optician or dispensing optician or para-optometric professional is preferred.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
• Passion for sales and working with customers, clients on the phone
• Minimum 2+ years of phone sales experience; inside sales and Customer Service experience a plus
• Optical or sport industry experience preferred
• A passion for selling a high-quality, unique product
• Experience managing accounts over the phone and executing customizable marketing/ sales programs
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Ability to build lasting relationship with customers on the phone
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Strong drive to succeed
• Runners, cyclists, triathletes and sports enthusiasts to “walk the walk” and “talk the talk” encouraged but not required, but definitely preferred.
